Over 30 years. We’ve been servicing East Bay pools since 1993, through hundreds of new plaster startups, equipment generations, and changing chemistry trends. That kind of longevity means we’ve probably already seen the issue your pool is having, and we know what actually works.
Yes. We’re locally owned and operated in the East Bay, not a franchise and not a national chain. The same people who answer the phone are the ones standing behind the work at your pool.
Yes. We’re a California licensed contractor (License #C53-1132113) and carry full liability insurance. You’re protected, and so is your property.
Three things: experience, accountability, and consistency. Our technicians are trained on every major equipment brand. Our routes are set up so the same tech services your pool each week, so they get to know your equipment, your pets, and the little quirks of your pool. And when something goes wrong, you can reach a real person, not a call center.
Both. We offer specialized new plaster startup programs (28 days of intensive care for chlorine or salt pools) as well as refill startups, weekly service, and full equipment repairs for existing pools.
All major brands: Pentair, Polaris, Zodiac, Jandy, Hayward, and Sta-Rite. Our techs are trained on both traditional and modern smart pool systems, so you’re not stuck calling a separate specialist for automation issues.
